Botanical Dresser in Amsterdam Green

This chest of drawers was transformed with a coat of Chalk Paint® Amsterdam Green which was distressed lightly to reveal the wood underneath.

Amsterdam Green is a strong, deep green inspired by the shutters and doors found in The Netherlands. Here it is paired with botanical imagery – the perfect green to bring out the colours of the flowers and plants around it.

To finish this chest of drawers, the paint was sealed in with Clear Chalk Paint® Wax which was sanded back to reveal a little of the wood below before giving it a final coat of Clear Wax. The knobs were left in their original wood.

The wall has been plastered with vintage botanical prints of flowers and vegetables.
