Payment
All orders will be charged in Euros and VAT is charged in accordance with local VAT laws.
You can pay by credit or debit card, Klarna, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay, iDeal and Sofort.
Once in the checkout process of our site, you have the option to create an account with us. This is not compulsory but you will be able to view updates on your order and see past orders in your account area.

Delivery
Your parcels are lovingly hand-packed from our Headquarters in Trier, Germany and delivered straight to your door.
We offer a standard delivery service with UPS, DPD & DHL. Deliveries are made within our courier’s standard operating hours Monday to Saturday. No deliveries are made on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Please note our factory, warehouse and offices are closed on bank holidays in Germany and between Christmas and New Year – dispatches and deliveries will not be made during these periods.
Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or freight forwarding centres.
Pricing
We charge a flat delivery rate of 4,90€ for Germany. For delivery rates throughout Europe, please refer to the table below.
Orders over 75€ in Germany and Austria, as well as orders above 150€ in the rest of Europe, qualify for free delivery.
Shipping fees for colour cards are 2.50€ for a single card and 3.50€ for two, applicable to deliveries throughout Europe. Within Germany, we provide free shipping for these.
Timeframe
• Orders over 900g: For orders above 900g, we aim for delivery within 2-4 working days across Europe, using UPS. In Germany, delivery is generally quicker, at 1-2 working days, handled by DPD.
• Orders under 900g: Smaller orders under 900g shipped outside Germany are sent via postal service, with delivery times varying by country and typically taking 3-5 working days.
• Colour Cards: Colour cards are also shipped via postal service, with delivery times of 3-5 working days depending on the destination. Within Germany, transit is typically faster, averaging 2-3 days.
Please Note: Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday, with delivery timeframes starting from that point.
Returns
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor to his independent professional activity:
Cancellation Policy & Right of Withdrawal:
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken or has taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Annie Sloan Europe GmbH, Güterstr. 80, 54295 Trier, Germany – Tel.: +49 651 982 299 20 – e-mail: europe@anniesloan.com) using a clear declaration (e.g. a letter or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use our model withdrawal form for this purpose, which is, however, not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the revocation:
If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favourable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You will only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the condition, properties and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal
The right of revocation expires prematurely for contracts for the delivery of goods if these have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature.

If after making a purchase you wish to cancel your order, please give us a call as soon as possible: +49 651 982 299 20
If your order has not been dispatched, you will receive a full refund immediately. If your order has been dispatched, you will receive your refund minus the cost of delivery charge on returning your order to us.
