The Furniture Parlour is a small independent business specialising in beautifully hand painted furniture, bespoke commissions, exciting workshops and Annie Sloan paints.
Located within ‘Shop Small Studios’, an exciting Creative Hub in the heart of Hitchin, you will find a full stock of Annie Sloan Chalk Paint, along with brushes, waxes, stencils and books. My own painted furniture is on display and available to buy along with smaller handmade products.
The Hub is absolutely worth a visit with 25 small local creative businesses, carefully curated by myself, regularly ‘popping up’, making it the perfect place to shop local and find something truly unique.
You will also find open studios with local resident artists, along with gallery, workshop and event space.
Commission books are always open. You can visit me in the shop to chat about colour and design before we create a perfect piece for your home.
