Painter in Residence Jelena Pticek painted this sideboard with Chalk Paint in English Yellow. She chose to work with a simple technique and one main colour to really emphasise the transformation that can be made from painting an old, pre-loved piece. English Yellow is a brilliant bright yellow from the Chalk Paint® palette and is a great fifties, vintage colour.

She finished by sealing it with a coat of Clear Chalk Paint® Wax.
