We only ship orders within the United States. Orders to Hawaii & Alaska will incur additional shipping charges. If you are outside the US, visit our Stockist finder page to find your nearest retailer or locate our French or German sites to order online within these countries.
You can pay by credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.
At checkout, you can create an account to receive updates about your order and view your order history.
Your orders are packed and shipped via our warehouse located in Rochester, New York. We currently only offer ground UPS shipping.
Our warehouse is open Monday thru Friday. We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days of receiving your order. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or freight forwarding centers.
To return or exchange unopened and unused items, please contact email@example.com. Returns will be accepted less a 25% restocking fee within 21 days of purchase.
Please note, we cannot refund used or opened items, or refund items being returned that were damaged due to improper packaging.
Cancelling your order
If after making a purchase you wish to cancel your order, please give us a call at 504-650-5956 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your order has not been processed, you will receive a full refund. If your order has been packaged and processed, you will receive your refund minus the cost of return delivery.
