We only ship orders within the United States. Orders to Hawaii & Alaska will incur additional shipping charges. Delivery
Your orders are packed and shipped via our warehouse located in Rochester, New York. We currently only offer ground UPS shipping.
Our warehouse is open Monday thru Friday. We aim to deliver within 3-5 working days of receiving your order. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.
Delivery is free when you spend over $99 (US only).
Free shipping and handling valid on purchases made at anniesloan.com/us for any order that contains AT LEAST 1-gallon Wall Paint tin, even if other products are added to the order. Free shipping is applied to orders of wall paint tester pots (4floz) if the order ONLY contains wall paint tester pots. Offer not valid in stores or on phone orders. T&Cs apply. This offer is valid from 1st March 2024, until further notice.
Please note that we cannot deliver to PO Boxes or freight forwarding centers. We cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii and orders cannot be made to these delivery addresses.
Returns
If you would like to return your unopened and unused purchase, please follow the instructions of the Annie Sloan Returns Policy.
Unfortunately, we cannot refund items that have been opened or used, likewise, we cannot refund orders of cut fabric. You can return any unopened items within 21 days of purchase.

Customers must arrange (at their own cost) to return the goods to the address above.
We suggest you use a tracked delivery service. You must also return the goods in a saleable condition, either with the same packaging as when it was received or with equivalent packaging. Please note we cannot refund items that have been damaged while in transit due to improper packaging. Make sure you wrap them up well!
Cancelling your order

If your order has not been processed, you will receive a full refund. If your order has been packaged and processed, you will receive your refund minus the cost of return delivery.
