This cool, mid-century bedroom has had the complete Annie Sloan touch, from the soft furnishings to the painted walls and furniture.

The walls are painted with Wall Paint in Amsterdam Green and Antoinette, bringing together a pale, 18th Century inspired French pink and a deep, Dutch inspired Amsterdam Green. The use of colour blocking raises the height of the walls, elongating this retro room.

The vintage dressing table is painted with Chalk Paint® in Antoinette, which pops against the Amsterdam Green on the wall. The floor is painted in Paris Grey to keep the focus on the pink and green and finished with Chalk Paint® Lacquer.

The curtains, upholstery and soft furnishings are made from the Linen Union fabric collection. Dressing the room with linens in soft greys and blues creates a calm and cosy feeling. The curtains, stool and bed linens are Old Violet + Old White. The mid-century upholstered chair is Napoleonic Blue + Barcelona Orange (now discontinued, see the Linen Union collection for more colour ways).
