To paint this cabinet, Dominique Malacarne used a mix of Chalk Paint® in Graphite and Old White as her base. She then used a tape measure and white chalk to sketch out her design and ensure it was symmetrical.

Using Chalk Paint® in Old White and a Large Flat Detail Brush she filled in the chalk outlines. She used a Small Flat Detail Brush to paint the straight lines along the edges and a Large Round Detail Brush for the leaves that make up the border. Once dry – being sure to mix the Pearlescent Glaze well before use – she applied the glaze directly over the Old White. Finally she applied two coats of Clear Chalk Paint® Wax, removing any excess with a lint free cloth.
