Annie Sloan has given this Jhoola (a traditional Indian swing) a colourful makeover using bright colours from the Chalk Paint® palette.

Annie was inspired by the colourful flowers, scripts and geometric patterns painted in vibrant and contrasting colours on trucks across Pakistan, often referred to as Pakistani Truck Art.

This Jhoola has been given the Annie Sloan treatment using the brightest colours from the Chalk Paint® palette. Annie started with a base of Aubusson Blue to create a neutral, dark background to allow for lots of bright coloured details. The details and flowers were picked out in individual colours. The whole swing was then waxed in Clear Chalk Paint® Wax and details highlighted using Annie Sloan Gilding Wax.

The cushions and seat pad are made from Linen Union in Provence + Aubusson Blue and English Yellow + Antibes Green to complete the look.
