You can apply Annie Sloan stencils in a number of ways: as a single design, in a pattern or randomly overlaid. Annie's Trees stencil works beautifully lined up to create a formal row of trees and houses, or like as shown here – overprinted in a loose and random pattern.

Annie chose a variety of colours from the Chalk Paint® palette for this project. The light gold was achieved by mixing together Barcelona Orange and Old Ochre.
