Members must apply and be accepted to the program prior to benefiting from the discount.<\/li>\n<li>20% discount does not apply to postage fees<\/li>\n<li>Minimum Order: Members must place an order of at least $100 to receive the trade discount<\/li>\n<li>Program is available solely to members; access to exclusive pricing or discounts is non-transferable to clients, purchasing agents or any third party<\/li>\n<li>Trade Member must place and pay for orders with the email address they registered with for the trade account.<\/li>\n<li>Return shipping fees apply to all Trade Program orders.<\/li>\n<li>By accepting membership to Annie Sloan\u2019s Trade Program, you agree that you will purchase Annie Sloan merchandise for the sole purpose of conducting business with an individual client, and that you will not resell such merchandise to the general public through retail stores, the internet, printed materials, or any other means.<\/li>\n<li>All images, copy and designs are the property of Annie Sloan, and may not be used by you unless specifically permitted by Annie Sloan.<\/li>\n<li>As a member of Annie Sloan\u2019s Trade Program, you are granted the authority to reproduce images as is required to conduct business with your individual interior design and decorating clients.<\/li>\n<li>Membership may be denied or terminated at any time, with or without cause, at Annie Sloan\u2019s sole discretion.<\/li>\n<li>The trade discount is valid online at www.anniesloan.com only, and not in stockist stores.
