Workshops

Work Shop 1

Hosted by Amanda, All About the Patina, Codnor

Workshop Part 1 £69
This is an ideal workshop suitable for beginners and those with a bit more experience. The three main techniques you will learn are Two-colour distressing, using one colour over another. Texturing the Paint, which you will accentuate with Clear, white, Dark, White and Black Wax. We will also experiment with colour mixing, laying a flat smooth finish and creating a wash effect

These are the techniques which we use most, to produce a complete variety of finishes to our painted pieces of furniture. These techniques will help you go the next level after just painting a piece in a flat colour. Problem solving, making colour wax application and whatever other help and advice we can cram into 3 hours.
