A Painted Room

A hand-picked collection of painted furniture from modern retro to Scandinavian-French style, accessorised with hand crafted home furnishings. A room full of practical and beautiful objects for the home, put together in a fresh and inviting space.

A Painted Room sits on the main Alcester Road in Moseley Village, Birmingham. We sell the full range of paint and are now running Basic Technique Paint Courses in our renovated workshop, enabling you to tackle your own projects with confidence.

In the shop you will find selected pieces of furniture for sale that have been simply and decoratively finished, giving them a new lease of life. We hope to provide inspiration for you and your home in the form of beautiful home accessories, and soft furnishings designed by local artists.

Finding Us

Bus No: 50, 35 & 1 all stop in Moseley Village
The shop is on the A435, just past the turning for Woodbridge Road. Between the hours of 9.15 - 4.30 Mon - Fri you can park in the bays on the street outside for up to 1 hour. (A435) No parking restrictions on Saturdays and Sundays.
Pay and display parking is available in the car park opposite the Post Office, behind St Mary's Row. Approx. £2 for up to 4 hours.
