This is a fantastic follow on course from Back to Basics The Annie Sloan Method An Introduction to Chalk Paint™, which covers more wonderful techniques. Expanding on the back-to-basics introductory workshop, new techniques and elements of style are introduced in this workshop to appeal to a broad range of participants. Classical techniques as well as Modern techniques will be covered with a wide range of Annie Annie Sloan’s decorative Chalk Paint™ and finishing products.  The course is a more advanced course where we work on two boards combining a variety of techniques including:

Stencilling

Frottage

Crackle Glaze

Gilding using gold size

Gilding Waxes

Cracking the paint and finishing it with a frottage

Ombre

Re visit waxing

Create a Textured finish,

Cracking the paint

Sanding effects

This workshop allows you to develop more skills and create your unique personal style.

Skill Level: This workshop has more advanced techniques to explain how Chalk Paint can be used to create any style. Two separate boards will be created by each participant.
